During our stay, we had a mix of experiences. While the service was very attentive and helpful, the room situation was a bit of a letdown as there was a mistake with the allocation. The location, right in the city center, was perfect for exploring Amsterdam, but the rooms themselves left much to be desired in terms of size and brightness.
